on anti friction bearings trolley enclosed gearbox with
precision machine cut gear and pinions rope drums made
from seamless pipe the Drum Shaft has ball bearings to ensure
smooth running with gears fitted on anti friction ball bearings
in oil bath lubrication . the rope guides are attached to prolong
rope life .
The motor confirms as per IS 325 Assembly facilitating easy
maintenance Disc type/shoe thpe electromagnetic brackes for
hoisting Motion limit switch es for upper and lower limits for
safe operation safety latches on hook supporting on thrust
bearings for 360 Degree . confirm as per IS 15560 or equivalent .
micro speed for hoistion and cross travel shall be provided if
required .
